More about 1 Dollar Bill

The 1 dollar bill is not only a piece of paper you can use to purchase some food and drinks during a normal day. It is at the same time a mobile piece of history, as it showcases the timeline of events which were essential in the making of the United States to what it is today. If you have a 1 dollar bill at hand, then you may check out some of the facts found on it. For one, the bill itself is made of not just paper, but a blend of cotton and linen. This material makes the bill stronger and more durable, not to mention protected against counterfeiting methods. The blue and red fibers are actually visible on the bill. The bill also has some animals hidden in between the lines and letters. These include tiny owls and spiders on the corners of the front of the bill. However, these images are purely coincidental due to the printing of the lines, and they do not correspond to any Masonic or other cult-related beliefs. The pyramid at the back of the bill symbolizes the New American Era, which has started after signing of the Declaration of Independence. It was designed by statesman Charles Thompson. The 1 dollar bill also contains a lot of Latin phrases, such as E Pluribus Unum, which means one out of many; Novus Ordo Seclorum, or new order of the ages; and Annuit Coeptis, meaning God has favored our undertakings.
